The design of the press and the trays allows the customer to use a high pressure foaming machine in the best possible way: the profiles on the foaming sides can be perfectly aligned with the trays and with the hot surfaces, so there will be no interference problems between the heads injection cup and tray for proper insertion of the nose of the head into the tray.
The plant has the same production capacity as a standard 2+2, but with a lower investment: it is the ideal solution for an "entry level" plant.
The particular design of the press allows to maintain good levels of work on the external roller conveyors and at the same time without having the need for a pit; this means high flexibility in future and new factory lay-outs or reorganisations.
